I am a Senior People & HR Consultant with 18 years of international experience with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), at headquarters in Geneva and across field operations.
My experience combines strategic HR advisory with hands-on operational management, covering Talent Management and Acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development and organizational change, as well as Finance & Administration.
I have worked with leaders, managers and teams in complex and multicultural environments across Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
As a PCC-credentialed professional coach and experienced facilitator, I also bring a coaching and facilitation approach to leadership and people development.
